Gentlemen,
Tuesday, November 22nd (THIS TUESDAY) is the last scheduled camp meeting of 2011. We have important business to conduct and I am asking for max participation. On Tuesday, we will be electing new officers for the next 2 year term - do your part and be there. The program will be 'Show & Tell' where camp members have 5 or so minutes to present a topic of their choice/show an item or talk about what ever they like (WBTS Related).
Other Important Dates:
Dec 3 - Museum Open House. If you have some extra cash around and would like to make a donation to the museum towards the annual taxes - it would be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax deductable. I havent seen the tax bill for this year - but last year's bill was $850.
Dec 10 - Christmas Party / Annual Awards - (Plans will be finalized on Tuesday) at Springs facility, 1732 Old #4 Highway, several miles past Lynches River Park.
