The Division Convention is fastly approaching and will be here before you know it. I need your help selling advertisements for the program. We need to sell as many adds as possible to pay for the program and raise some much needed funds for the camp. This is a fairly easy thing to do - everyone should know someone who would at least purchase a business card size add - it isnt that expensive. Rob is an expert on graphics and advertising. He can create an add from a business card, logo or website. Below is a sample email you can send out:
The Pee Dee Rifles would be honored to advertise your business in the 2010 South Carolina Division Reunion Program. The convention program will be a high quality publication worthy to be sold on any news-stand in the country. The front and back cover will be full color with black and white interior print. The program will contain a mix of articles on local War Between the States subjects, Ancestor Memorials and Advertisements. Rob Jones of Southern Graphix will be doing the layout and printing of the program. The Pee Dee Rifles would be honored to advertise your business in the 2010 South Carolina Division Reunion Program. We will offer black and white advertisements for your business, memorial or personal message ads. Please send us your graphics ready ad or our design team will develop a suitable one for you. Please include any specific details or important information about your business that you would like for us to include in your advertisement. Deadline to receive advertisements is January 31, 2010.
